ANDREA FERRIS - Director of Asset Management

MS. ANDREA FERRIS is responsible for the management of FRANKLIN CROFT's operating properties. Ms. Ferris has fourteen years of asset management experience including seven years as a construction manager for the assets she has managed. Her background includes management of commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, R&D properties, industrial parks and mixed-use developments.

Ms. Ferris' clients have included institutional-type investors such as pension funds and insurance companies, namely LaSalle Investment Management, Transamerica and MBL Life Insurance. Her employment history includes Tishman West, Koll Company, CB Richard Ellis, Parkstone Companies, Gascon Mar, and most recently, Meissner Jacquet Investment Management Services, prior to joining FRANKLIN CROFT MANAGEMENT, INC. in August 2000.

Ms. Ferris' property management experience in rent collection, vendor management, budget preparation, monthly reporting, property inspections, tenant and vendor relations, leasing, tenant improvements, capital improvements and dispositions, has enabled FRANKLIN CROFT to provide a wide range of services to property owners. Ms. Ferris was recently responsible for the coordination of the $5 Million tenant improvement project for Sharp HealthCare's new facility in Kearny Mesa that included $2 Million in site improvements.

Ms. Ferris has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from San Diego State University. She has a valid California Real Estate license, is a member of IREM and is a CPM candidate.
