LEE GIBBS - Senior Vice President

Lee Gibbs, Senior Vice President oversees acquisition and development activities for FRANKLIN CROFT, INC. Mr. Gibbs is responsible for expanding the company's diverse portfolio through strategic acquisition of commercial properties with particular emphasis on development and value enhancement opportunities.

Mr. Gibbs joined the company in 2002 and brings with him an extensive background in commercial real estate. Since his start in the industry in 1983 Mr. Gibbs has acquired, managed and successfully developed landmark office, retail and hospitality properties in the US and the UK.

Mr. Gibbs holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, International Council of Shopping Centers and the International Hotel & Restaurant Association.
