THOMAS LEEMAN - Vice President

Thomas Leeman serves as Vice President of FRANKLIN CROFT, INC., a position he has held since 1999. Mr. Leeman is responsible for obtaining and structuring construction and permanent financing for the company's portfolio of properties as well as project management, franchise agreements and joint ventures between FRANKLIN CROFT and its partners, city governments and others. Thomas is also a member of the FRANKLIN CROFT's executive committee and as such is directly involved in formulating the company's strategic and business plans.

Early in his career, Mr. Leeman served as an Assistant Project Manager for StoneCrest Associates during the development of the four million square foot mixed-used StoneCrest project in San Diego. He subsequently joined Pan Pacific Development as a Manager of Finance and Acquisitions. Thomas joined TrizecHahn's retail group in San Diego in 1996 and was later promoted to Senior Asset Manager. Prior to joining TrizecHahn, Mr. Leeman was part of KPMG's National Real Estate Consulting Practice where he engaged in appraisal, bank loan workouts and feasibility projects with the firm.

Over the course of his career with companies such as TrizecHahn, Pan Pacific Development and FRANKLIN CROFT, Mr. Leeman has managed financing, acquisition and disposition transactions totaling several billions of dollars. More recently, Thomas served as Project Executive for the development of the four-star rated Hilton Santa Clara hotel and the San Diego Residence Inn Gaslamp Quarter prior to their sale.

Thomas received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration with a Finance/Real Estate emphasis from San Diego State University.
