JENNIFER V. SUNDBERG - Director of Construction

Jennifer Sundberg brings more than a decade of managerial construction experience to FRANKLIN CROFT. With a proven track record in developing and managing multi-million dollar, technically complex construction projects within budget and on schedule, she is experienced in a diverse range of commercial project types, including hospitality, retail and tenant improvements for office, R&D, and industrial buildings. Full-service construction project management, from lease signature through project close-out, along with thorough knowledge of today's construction methods, quality control, cost accounting and value engineering opportunities, enable Ms. Sundberg to add real value to an owner's bottom line.

Before being associated with FRANKLIN CROFT, Ms. Sundberg was responsible for tenant improvements for in-line retail and pad tenants, restaurants, progressing to managing shopping center remodels and new construction for The Hahn Company, formerly one of the countries largest and most respected developers of premier super-regional shopping centers.

At FRANKLIN CROFT, Ms. Sundberg was involved in the construction management, FF&E and purchasing coordination for the Hilton Santa Clara as well as managing design and construction for Sammy Studios, Inc., a home video game software developer. More recently she has coordinated the entitlement processing and construction activities for The Grande Colonial expansion project.

Ms. Sundberg has a B.A. in Urban Planning and Design from the University of California, San Diego.
