RESIDENCE INN BY MARRIOTT

FRANKLIN CROFT processed entitlements and completed design for the development of a 192- room Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in downtown San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter. The project will be located at the Southwest corner of 6th Avenue and J Street near Petco Park and the San Diego Convention Center. The project was sold to Hansji Hotels in March of 2006.
