FRANKLIN CROFT performed the tenant improvement build-out of a 47,000 square foot R&D building shell in Carlsbad, California for Sammy Corporation of Japan. In creating Sammy Corporation's new North American Headquarters, FCI provided full service construction project management and owner's representation responsibilities. These services include city permit processing, space planning and programming, FF&E and systems purchasing and installation, bid review and analysis, value engineering, budgeting and schedule management.
